School management for Philippine private schools

Run your school year in one system.

Casita Eskwela handles admissions, enrollment, sections, attendance, grades and school billing, fills in DepEd School Forms, and gives your staff, parents and learners their own web portals. Pre-Kinder to Grade 12.

What it does

The everyday work of the registrar, the cashier, the teachers and the school head, with portals for parents and learners.

  • Admissions

A public online application form for your school, with entrance tests, interviews and a decision for each applicant.

  • Enrollment

Enroll new and returning learners and transferees, or import your learner list from a spreadsheet. Imported learners still go through fee assessment and payment.

  • Sections

Set up your grade levels and sections, and place each learner in one.

  • Attendance

Teachers take the daily attendance roll with remarks, and each learner's record builds up across the year.

  • Gradebook

Grades follow your school's own grading policy (weights per subject, missing-work rules), set up once.

  • Assessments

Teachers record quizzes, tasks and exams by grading period; quarter grades are computed from them.

  • Honors and awards

Draws up honor lists from posted grades for staff to review and publish, and prints certificates. Families see their child's awards.

  • Discipline

A confidential discipline record, readable only by the school head and those the head allows.

  • DepEd School Forms

DepEd School Forms on DepEd's official templates (final registrar review in progress): SF1, SF2, SF5, SF8, SF9 and SF10, the Senior High versions and the Kinder SF9. SF2 comes from your school's class days, with a frozen copy at filing. Each form lists the fields not yet recorded.

  • Billing

Publish your fees per grade level, with discounts and GASTPE. Your cashier assesses each learner, picks an installment plan, records payments and prints a receipt for each.

  • Parent portal

One sign-in for all your children at the school: attendance, grades, awards and announcements. Parents also set and reset their child's password.

  • Learner accounts

Every level from Pre-Kinder can sign in, and a school can raise the minimum. Young learners use a school-issued username that the parent manages, with no email needed.

For every role

Each person signs in to the part of the school they work in. The school head adjusts what each role can do.

  • School head

School settings, the grading policy, posting each quarter's grades, approving promissory notes, honors, discipline, and the staff and their roles.

  • Registrar

Admissions from the public application form, enrollment (new, returning, transferee or spreadsheet import), sections, learner records and documents, and DepEd School Forms.

  • Cashier

Assesses each learner's fees with installment plans, discounts and GASTPE, and records payments with a receipt for each.

  • Teacher and adviser

The daily attendance roll with remarks, the class record and scores, and descriptive grading for the early grades. Advisers own their section.

  • Parent

One sign-in for all their children, with attendance, grades, awards and announcements. Parents set and reset their child's password.

  • Learner

Every level from Pre-Kinder can sign in. Young learners use a school-issued username their parent manages, with no email needed.

Billing and enrollment

A learner is officially enrolled once the minimum payment is made.

  • Your school publishes its fees per grade level, with discounts and GASTPE.
  • The cashier assesses each learner, picks an installment plan, records each payment and prints the receipt.
  • The learner becomes officially enrolled automatically once the minimum payment is made, unless the school head approves a promissory note.
  • Learners imported from your spreadsheet still go through assessment and payment.
  • Online payments are coming later.
