Delete your ForgeERP account

How to ask us to delete your account in ForgeERP and the ForgeERP Mobile app, both made by Jomiecode Foundry OPC, and what happens to your data.

ForgeERP Mobile signs in with the same account as ForgeERP on the web, so one request deletes the account for both.

How to request deletion

Send us an email at inquiry@jomiecodefoundry.ph. Follow these steps so we can find your account and confirm that the request comes from you.

  1. Use the email on your account

    Write to inquiry@jomiecodefoundry.ph from the email address registered to your ForgeERP account.

  2. Subject: "Account deletion request"

    Use this exact subject line so your request reaches the right people.

  3. Give your username and organization

    Tell us your ForgeERP username and the name of your organization (the company workspace you sign in to).

  4. We confirm your request

    We will confirm your request within 7 days. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before we delete it.

Email us

If your company manages your account

ForgeERP accounts usually belong to a company workspace. If your employer created your account, your company administrator can also remove it, from user management in ForgeERP. You can ask them or write to us; either way works.

What we delete

  • Your login account: your username, your password and your sign-in settings, such as two-factor authentication.
  • Your personal profile data: the name, email address, phone number and other details on your user profile.

What may be kept, and why

  • The business records in ForgeERP belong to your organization, the customer that uses ForgeERP, not to an individual user account. Deleting your account does not delete them, and they may still show your name where you created or approved an entry.
  • Records that your organization or we are required by law to keep, such as accounting, tax and payroll records, are retained for the period the law requires, then deleted.
